SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Fulfillment time requires 3-7 working days. Once ordered are fulfilled they are shipped to the address you entered at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For products returned, due to an issue, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) excluding the shipping charge. We do not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or under-delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or under-delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order.
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchased products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. You can only request for a return/exchange if the products that you received is in damaged condition or if the wrong size/colour has been shipped to you. Please see below for more information on our returns.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned products must be in new, unused and with all the original packaging, tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address : Jordan Attn : Returns Your RMA number : Singapore (For more information, contact us at email@example.com) Return shipping fees will not be covered by us and you will be fully responsible for the process of returns.
